DD Card Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms
    DD Cards are issued by SVC Services II, Inc., and sold by our agent, CashStar, Inc (“CashStar”). Use of this website is governed by CashStar’s privacy policy. Please refer to DunkinDonuts.com for additional Terms and Conditions.
  2. Gift Cards
    DD Cards are redeemable at any participating US Dunkin' Donuts location. DD Cards are available for purchase here.
  3. Redemption
    Refer to DunkinDonuts.com for Terms and Conditions of redemption.
  4. View Your Balance
    To view your DD Card balance, go to Customer Support or call 800-447-0013.
  5. You may not return or cancel your DD Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a DD Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support.
  6. Returns
    You may not return or cancel your DD Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a DD Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support at 866-286-3253.
  7. Lost or Stolen DD Cards
    If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your DD Card, contact Customer Support immediately. DD Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase, unless previously registered on DunkinDonuts.com or in the DD App. DD Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
  8. Limitations
    You may not use a DD Card to purchase other DD Cards.
    DD Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Total purchases for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day.

    Information that you provide when purchasing DD Cards is subject to CashStar's Privacy Policy.
  10. Risk of Loss
    Ownership and risk of loss of DD Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient, and risk of loss passes to the recipient as soon as a plastic DD Card is delivered to the purchaser. Once ownership has passed to the purchaser, we are not responsible for lost or stolen DD Cards. If you have any questions, please see the FAQs.

    If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your DD Card, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
  12. Payment Methods
    Dunkin' Donuts DD Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, or with PayPal.
  13. Delivery Information and Requirements for DD Card Purchasers
    All orders of DD Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the web site with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your DD Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.
    If you have concerns about your order, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
    We are not responsible for DD Card that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her DD Card.
  14. Reasons for Failed Delivery
    Dunkin' Donuts eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
    1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
    2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
    3. Email inbox is over size limit
    4. Invalid email address
    If a spam filter is blocking giftcards@cashstar.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that giftcards@cashstar.com emails are not considered spam.

  15. Personalized Messaging
    If you wish to add a personal message to a DD Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process.
    Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the eGift Card, or to the space provided on the presentation carrier of a plastic Card.
    There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.
    If we find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them. Thanks for your cooperation.
  16. Uploaded Images
    You may upload your own image for display on a DD Card. As part of your DD card purchase, you represent and warrant that the uploaded image does not contain: 1. Material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; 2. Any ideas or content that you consider to be proprietary; 3. Material that is inappropriate, rude, crude, derogatory, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (as determined by CashStar or Dunkin' Donuts in their sole discretion); 4. Material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age (as determined by CashStar or Dunkin' Donuts in their sole discretion); or 5. Material that is unlawful, or in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any applicable jurisdiction. Any personalized DD Card that contains any such material may be confiscated by CashStar or Dunkin' Donuts and replaced with a gift card of equal value.
    We reserve the right to replace inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable images.
    We reserve the right to replace images that infringe upon trademark or copyright law.

  17. Limitation of Liability
    SVC SERVICES II, INC. MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EGIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF AN EGIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EGIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
  18. Disputes
    You hereby consent that any dispute relating in any way to Dunkin' Doncuts Gift Cards shall be adjudicated in Boston, Massachusetts if the aggregate total claim for relief exceeds $7,500, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. In the event any litigation should arise between you and Dunkin' Donuts in any state or federal court YOU AND SVC SERVICES II, INC. WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL, instead electing that the dispute be resolved by a judge.
